Returns and Refunds Policy

At Mano Santo, we want you to be happy with your purchase. All our garments are part of limited collections, so we don't encourage unnecessary returns. However, we offer a transparent process for cases where a return is necessary.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • The deadline for requesting a refund is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, as established by European consumer legislation.
  • For the return to be accepted, the garment must be in perfect condition , unused, unwashed, odorless, stain-free, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging .
  • No returns will be accepted for:
    • Used, damaged, or untagged items.
    • Customized items or items made to order.
    • Products purchased on promotion or sale, except for manufacturing defects.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Request a refund by sending an email to hello@manosanto.eu indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply with instructions on how to ship the item.
  3. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of shipping error or manufacturing defect.
  4. We recommend using a courier service with a tracking number, as Mano Santo is not responsible for losses or damages during return shipping.

REFUNDS

  • Once we have received the item and checked its condition, we will send you an email to notify you of the acceptance or rejection of the return.
  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the same original payment method within a maximum of 14 business days .
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error by Mano Santo or a manufacturing defect.

CHANGES

  • We do not offer direct exchanges for size or product. If you want a different item, you will need to return it and place a new order.

LEGAL EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items:

  • Customized.
  • Used after delivery beyond a mere size test.
